FLORIDA MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions:
1. 50% deposit (moveable furniture) balance prior to collection for COD Customers. 85% deposit (built-in furniture), balance after completion for COD Customers.

2. No Products shall be released unless payment is done in full (Apply to Moveable Furnitures COD Customers)
3. Credit terms shall be done with Corporate Clients or customers that the Company has made such arrangements for, with different terms and conditions agreed upon by both the Company and the Client.

4. 25% (twenty five percent) of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee on confirmed order, pertaining to customer’s decision/fault to defray the cost of the product.

5. All products of which deposit has been paid are expected to be fully paid and collected within six months from payment date, otherwise Florida Manufacturing Solutions reserves the right to re-sell the product and return 10% of the deposit to the initial customer. In a case where the period exceeds 365 days without collection, an immediate forfeiture of the deposit and product applies.
6. In a case of furniture re-upholstery, if deposit is paid but the customer fails to collect their furniture within a period of six months, Florida Manufacturing Solutions reserves the right to discard the product.
