WARRANTY INFORMATION
FURNITURES:
Florida Manufacturing Solutions warrants all furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for a period of two years from the date of delivery or pick up. Delivered furniture qualifies for two year carry in warranty. After two years of service, a service charge will apply.
• The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt, starting from the original date of possession and does not renew with warranty claim exchanges.
• Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) is not covered under this warranty unless reported within two (2) days of receipt.
• Florida Manufacturing Solutions is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our factory unless it is noted at the original time of pick up.
• The warranty is VOID if Florida Manufacturing Solutions determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. Any item being replaced as a result of a warranty claim is subject to inspection and may not be eligible for exchange if the item shows signs of, but not limited to, pet damage, excessive stains or odors.
• This warranty excludes: modifications to furniture, fabric fading, fabric pulling, normal wear and tear and “as-is” merchandise.
• Any merchandise that is moved out of our service area will be the responsibility of the customer to transport back to our factory.
GRANITE/COUNTER TOPS
Warranty Claims should be only for failed workmanship of fabrication or installation of the granite and other damages to the granite that occur during its delivery or installation, shall be handled by Florida Manufacturing Solutions separately.
Warranty does not cover any claims by the current registered owner or any prior registered owner resulting from:
Accidents, neglect, abuse, negligence, mishandling or alteration of the countertop or damage to the counter top caused by home owner abuse, acts of God or vandalism.
Stains from Food or Beverages Stains and Grease or Cooking Oil.
Any outdoor or commercial use of the countertop.
Etching or damage due to cleaning with abrasive products, acid, bleach, ammonia, vinegar, lemon juice or other cleaners which contain these chemicals.
Accelerants, glues, dyed/doctored/resin infused stones and color fading of dark granites.
Damage due to ink, paint, stain or cosmetic stains.
Variances in the countertop’s natural characteristics, including without limitation, veining, inclusions,
fissures, variations in color, surface grain and changes due to the presence of natural metals such as iron, bronze or copper.
Stains due to mold, mildew, algae or fungus.
The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Florida Manufacturing Solutions. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is expressly excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied.
